Research Triangle Park, NC - Talecris Biotherapeutics launched the first initial public offering of stock from a Triangle based company in two years late yesterday and raised $950 million. The company sold 50 million shares at $19 a share, right in the middle of its proposed $18 to $20 range. It was the second largest IPO this year. (more…)
